Refunds and Returns

Curiositeej Dolls & Collectibles wants to develop a relationship with you! We want to be your goto store for dolls and doll accessories. As such we are happy to work with you to resolve issues.

If you receive an item from us and you are unhappy with the item, please contact us within 10 days of the arrival of the item to your location. We want to have happy customers; so, we want to resolve all issues quickly! If we do not hear from you within 10 days of the item arriving at the address, we will assume you are happy with the item.

  • If we shipped you an item you did not purchase, we will ask you to return the item. We will refund your monies if the item returns to us in the same condition we mailed it to you. If the item does not return in the same condition, we reserve the right to not refund any monies--so it is extremely important that you wrap the item well and mail it in a box that will keep the item safe. Check with you local shipping agency for details to ensure the item is packed well for shipping. If the item is damaged in shipping it is your responsibility to work out the details with the shipper.

  • We do our best to describe items including posting write ups and photos of the items. But, if for some reason, you do not think the item you received meets the description, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item and explain why the item does not meet the description.
    • If we agree the item does not meet the description, we reserve the right to refund your monies including the shipping costs.
    • If we are unable to resolve the issues, and we do not agree that the item was described incorrectly, you may to return the item. If you decide to return the item that we do not agree was described incorrectly, we will refund your purchase cost minus the shipping costs--if the item returns to us in the same condition we mailed it to you. If the item does not return in the same condition, we reserve the rights to not refund any monies--so it is extremely important that you wrap the item and mail it in a box that will keep the item safe. Check with you local shipping agency for details to ensure the item is packed well for shipping. If the item is damaged in shipping it is your responsibility to work out the details with the shipper. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both sending the item from us to you and from you back to us.

  • If you want to return an item for any other reason, please contact us, and we will attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue is not a result of our negligence, we reserve the right to not refund any monies.

  • We are a reseller. We do not manufacture items. If there is a manufacturer's defect, please contact the manufacturer. If we can assist you, we will; but, we are not responsible for the anything that results from malfeasance, misfeasance, nonfeasance, or neglect, on behalf of a manufacturer.
